I am currently not teaching my patterns in person, since I am avoiding indoor gatherings out of an abundance of caution with COVID-19 and the bead shops where I used to teach have since closed their doors, which you can read about here and here. I may consider teaching them virtually at some point, but I don’t really have a great filming set up or the expertise to make that work well, so I don’t have any plans on setting that up any time soon.
I do, however, allow other instructors and bead shops to teach my patterns, provided I am paid for the patterns used. Please send me an email at wescott.jewelry@gmail.com if you are interested in teaching my patterns and I will offer a discount for your students. I’ll make them a special discount code that they can use in my Etsy shop to my buy the pattern before the class at a reduced price and then the instructor can charge whatever they’d like for the class as a separate teaching fee since the students already have the pattern.
Please note that teaching my patterns without permission and payment is theft of copyrighted materials, as is making extra copies to share with your friends or distributing my patterns in any unauthorized way.
