AI Usage (or lack thereof)

You can always trust that everything in my shop was stitched with my own two hands. The designs and the patterns I sell for them were developed by my imagination and written and illustrated painstakingly by my own self. I never have and have no intention to use AI in my creative or administrative processes.

I do not think that AI belongs in creative spaces and AI generations are not art. While I’m sure it could streamline some of my administrative processes, I am perfectly capable of doing them myself and will continue to do so. My time is not so precious that I don’t want to spend it honing skills and creating value, especially if I am going to ask crafters and art lovers to spend money on my.

Charitable Donations Disclaimer

Since September 2022, I have had a reoccurring donation to my local abortion fund. It comes directly out of my Etsy profits and helps people in my state pay for abortions and the time off work and travel expenses that often come with the procedure. If you do not want the money you spend to go to this cause, do not spend any money in my shop. You can read more about this decision here.
